General Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online shop at https://taorein.com with [ TO FILL: name of the operator ] (the "Seller").

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

§ 2 Contracting party, formation of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our declaration of acceptance or the dispatch of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

§ 9 Dispute resolution

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as no mandatory consumer-protection provisions preclude this. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
